올림픽공원 체조경기장에서 아기다리고기다리던 패션 내한 집회가 있었다.
평소에 많이 즐겨 듣고, 그들의 정신에 공감해 왔고, 감동 받아왔던 나로서는 정말 놓칠 수 없는 기회였다.
다른 CCM 가수의 내한 공연이었다면 사진을 좀 찍었겠지만,
도저히 Passion의 집회에서는 카메라를 들이댈 수가 없었다.
난 그들의 퍼포먼스를 보러 온 것도, 그들 인물을 보러 온 것도 아니었기 때문이다.
단지 예배에 집중하여 한껏 주님을 찬양하고 싶었을 뿐이다.
사실, 끊이지 않는 찬양의 열기에 도저히 사진을 찍을 타이밍이 안나오기도 했다.^^
위 사진은 금요일 저녁 Passion 집회 시작 전 무대의 모습이다.

Passion의 Everything Glorious 앨범에 수록된 곡이다.
집회 실황 DVD에서 추출한 영상인데, 이거 하느라 DVD에서 AVI 뜨기, 동영상 자르기 등을 익혔다. ㅋㅋ
그런데... 동영상 원본은 그렇지 않은데, 아래의 변환된 동영상은 뒷부분으로 갈 수록 소리와 영상의 싱크가 맞지 않는다. 쩝...

더 많이 유명해지고, 더 많은 곡을 발표할 수록 더 겸손해 지는 이들이다.
우리나라의 여느 예배팀과는 달리, 음악을 위해 예배를 구성하지 않고, 예배를 위해 음악을 과감히 조정해 버리는 예배자들이다.
